When our long time guests talk about great food, we're sure that Driftwood's dining room comes to mind. Our four cooks make practically everything from scratch, and the results are fantastic!Breakfast is served from 8-9:30 AM. The waiters will take your order for cereal, pancakes, french toast, eggs, omelets and toast, made from our own homemade bread. Don't forget to try our homemade jelly!
Dinner is an enjoyable experience, and lasts from 6-7:30 PM. The main entreé consists of three or four great items, plus salads, desserts and beverages, We don't serve wine or beer, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Two of our dinners during the week are served differently. On Monday is our Cookout, with the best ribs in the lakes area, prepared on our wood-fired grill. This meal also features hamburgers, hot dogs and Brats, along with a buffet on our old wooden rowboat.
Friday night is our now famous "All Scandinavian Smorgasbord". All our waiters are in traditional costumes, and the Smorgasbord is served buffet-style on the wooden boat, which is loaded to the brim with authentic foods from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland.
